Cable operators involved in illegal practices warned
FAISALABAD- Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has requested members of the public to assist it in identifying Cable Operators involved in illegal practices.
The PEMRA has noticed that some Cable TV Operators are violating the terms of their licenses by showing programmes on video channels/DVD that do not conform to our social norms and moral values.
In this connection the PEMRA has warned them to desist from such illegal operation, failing which strict action will be taken against them even to the extent of cancellation of their license.
