Brother kills sister over karo-kari
KHAIRPUR – A girl shot dead by her dacoit brother over karoÂkari near Khuhra on late Monday night.
According to details, one Rahamat Khattoon Kaleri, 19, had married with an Army Constable Muhammad Din Narejo some months ago and was shifted to Larkana.
A big notorious dacoit of Upper Sindh and brother of Rahamat Khatoon, Sultan Kaleri, was angry over her marriage so he called her to his village.
When she arrived at village Kaleri near Khuhra, he opened fire on her.
Consequently, she died on the spot.
The Gambat police lodged an FIR against the alleged accused Sultan Narejo on the complaint of Army Constable Muhammad Din Narejo and started investigation.
The dead body of Rahamat Khatoon brought to Gambat hospital for autopsy and later handed over to her relatives.
Sindh government has already announced Rs 1.2 million on the head of dacoit Sultan Kaleri.
