BR Lahore circulation manager passes away

LAHORE – Muhammad Amin Bhatti, circulation manager, daily Business Recorder, Lahore, died on October 22, Friday, after protracted illness. He was 62.

He was laid to rest at Miani Sahib Graveyard. Relatives, office colleagues and a large number of people from different walks of life attended his Namaz-e-Janaza.

Late Amin Bhatti was a devoted worker and was known for his politeness. He also served in the circulation departments of various newspapers before joining daily Business Recorder.

He left behind a widow and a son Salman Amin along with a large number of his well-wishers to mourn his death.

His Qul will be held at House No 26, Ali Street, Shafi Town, Malik Munir Road, Gulshan-e-Ravi, after Asr prayers on October 23.

Meanwhile, the staff of daily Business Recorder Lahore organised an emergent meeting here on Friday with Resident Editor Saida Fazal in the chair.

The meeting offered Fateha for the eternal peace of the departed soul and prayed to Almighty Allah to give fortitude to the members of the bereaved family.

The meeting eulogised the services of Amin Bhatti for the organisation.

The office-bearers of Punjab Union of Journalists (PUJ) have also expressed sorrow and grief over the demise of Muhammad Amin Bhatti.
