Benazir visits Geo TV office
KARACHI (November 20 2007): Former Prime Minister and Chairperson Pakistan People’s Party Benazir Bhutto on Monday visited the office of private TV channel Geo to express solidarity with its staff. She said that the restrictions on private TV channels were very shocking for her. She alleged that the government wanted to block all sources of information.
She visited the different departments of Geo and met with their staff. She also wrote her comments in visitors’ book.
