Authority asked to resolve press club building issue
District administration has illegally occupied the building of Attock Press Club (APC) for the last eight years and despite of making all efforts by the journalists nothing could be done to get this building back.
Chairman Attock Press Club Attock Sheikh Faisal stated this while talking the members of APC after hosting an iftar dinner in their honour. Pattern in Chief APC Syed Raza Haidar Naqvi and large number of other journalists were present. Sheikh Faisal said that the furniture and other items available in the club are also missing.
He demanded that Federal Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb to take notice in this context and warned if the building of APC is not handed over back to the journalists of Attock Press Club then a peaceful protest will be started after Eid ul Fitr.
