APNS expresses grief over Zakir Khan’s death
KARACHI: The All Pakistan Newspapers Society on Thursday expressed grief over the sad demise of Muhammad Zakir Ali Khan, Publisher and Honorary Chief Editor of Monthly Tehzeeb, Karachi.
The veteran publisher was also the General Secretary of Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Association, a member of Board of Governors, Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, and a former Managing Director of the Water & Sewerage Board.
The Secretary General, APNS, on behalf of the office bearers and members of the Executive Committee of the society, expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that may Almighty Allah rest Zakir Khan’s departed soul in eternal peace. The SG also prayed for courage and patience to deceased’s colleagues and family to bear the tragic loss.
