AJK TV channel Start working from Feb 5
ISLAMABAD: Jan 30:Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shaikh Rashid Ahmed on Sunday said present government has successfully. projected the Kashmir issue and declared that government would never compromise e on this vital issue.
Addressing a seminar on “IndoPak relations and Kashmir issue” organised by ‘The Nation-Nawa- e-Waqtl here he said, present govemment has seriously raised the issue of Kashmir on international level.
.He informed that keeping in view the needs of electronic media, the government has estabfished TV channel in AJK which will start working from February 5 this year.
The Information Minister said President Pervez Musharraf will inaugurate Azad Jammu and Kashmir TV Channel. He added that Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali will address the joint session of AJK parliament on February 5.
He said if Indo-Pak dialogue does not prove fruitful this time, Pakistan should not be blamed for the failure of these talks.
