Acting CJ of SHC takes oath
KARACHI: Justice Mushir Alam, the senior puisne judge of the Sindh High Court, took the oath as acting chief justice of the SHC on Tuesday.
Justice Amir Hani Muslim administered the oath to the acting chief justice at a ceremony held in the SHC building.
Justice Alam took the oath as SHC chief justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, according to the registrar, would be on vacation till Aug 7. Justice Osmany would visit the United States for medical treatment, said the registrar.
