Acid attack victim loses eyesight
KHANPUR: A woman lost her eyesight as her face was disfigured by acid thrown at her by two men in the area of Zahirpir.
According to police, victim Shafla Bibi of Mauza Faridabad was going on a motorbike with her son. They stopped near a shop, where two men riding a motorbike came there, threw acid on her face and fled.
The victim told the police that Hazoor Bakhsh Chachar and his friend attacked her with acid, as they wanted to develop relations with her. Zahipir police registered a case.
