7 held for taking over newspaper office
KARACHI: Police have arrested a land grabber including his six gunmen within the jurisdiction of Boat Basin police station.
Land grabber Abdul Razzak along with dozens of accomplices including security guards reached at the office of a local English newspaper at Clifton Center and tried to take over, DSP Asad Raza. The newspapers’ owner Mr Munir Memon informed the police. The police reached the scene and arrested Abdul Razzak along with six guards and recovered weapons from their possession.
