600 women to get training under Youth Uplift Plan
Karachi, Dec 23 (PPI): Sindh Minister for Women Development Tauqir Fatima Bhutto has said that her department would impart professional training to the skilled women to initiate their business potentials for a better livelihood across the province.
This she said while signing an accord between SMEDA and Women Development Department on Tuesday.
It is to be mentioned here that the Women Development Department, under Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Youth Development Program (SBBYDP), would impart training to 600 skilled women to start their own business. This training program would be initiated with coordination of SAMEDA. The program would provide complete knowledge of starting business from its proposal to entire process of its conduct.
On the occasion, B.M Muhammad Durrani of SMEDA informed that after the completion of training women would be provided full support to initiate their businesses.
