3 days training workshop of young writers concludes

HYDERABAD: Noted writer and playwright Shoukat Hussain Shoro has underscored that by imparting quality training promising results could be obtained from any field of activity.

In the past seldom attention was paid towards an organized training of writers, Shoro observed while addressing the closing ceremony of a three-day workshop organized by Natkhat Publications here on Wednesday for training of young writers.

During the workshop the writers were trained in essay, story, article, feature and poetry writing skills, besides lectures were also given on writing stories vis-a-vis issues of women and children in the society. Forty young writers from the whole province took part in the workshop.
On the occasion, awards were given to three best writers in the genre of story, essay and poetry while Rukhsana Naz was given star of the workshop award.
