2B Technology sign pact with Sytel of UK
KARACHI- The 2B Technology has inked ‘Strategic Development Alliance’ agreement with the United Kingdom-based Sytel Limited.
Under the agreement, the alliance would allow 2B Technologies to deliver the patented predictive dialling functionality to the European, Middle East and Asian markets. 2B Technologies has formalised its dedication to “Best of Breed” technology delivery, bringing another module into its successfully established product suite.
Chief Executive Officer of Sytel Limited, Michael McKinlay, has joined the 2B Technologies team in Karachi to familiarise his team with the 2B Technologies product line.
Owais Zaidi, Chief Executive Officer of 2B Technologies, said: “the alliance with Sytel gives a nice functional completion to the already strong products in our portfolio. With web chat, collaboration and inbound, outbound was the only component that we needed to add to our portfolio.”
Sytel Limited is located in South Bucks, UK, and has been supplying the global call centre market with predictive dialling technology since 1997. Working with international business partners, Sytel has not only delivered the best outbound technology, but also won the endorsements of the national Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and legislatures for developing strong outbound dialling standards.
