Woman burnt alive by in-laws
SHEIKHUPURA – A mother of a minor was burnt alive over a family dispute by her in-laws in Mananwala, about 36 kilometres away on Faisalabad Road, on November 5.
Sajida, the wife of Yasser, had not good terms with her mother-in-law. Her mother-in-law, with the help of her two daughters, sprinkled kerosene on her body and set her to fire. She died on way to hospital. Mananwala police have registered a case against Yasser, his brother Amar, mother Nooran and sisters Nadia and Nasreen.
