Wireless Broadband: PTA survey puts Wateen on top
ISLAMABAD: Wateen Telecom, a converged communications service provider, has said that it has been ranked number one wireless broadband service provider in the country.
In a survey for quality of service conducted by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Wateen was ranked first in overall standings for all wireless broadband operators in the country, says a press release. In order to safeguard consumer interests and growth of quality broadband services, the PTA carried out the second nationwide Broadband Quality of Service survey of all wireless and wireline service providers in the third and fourth quarter of 2011.
