KARACHI – Warid Telecom has launched a new web portal www.waridtel.com for its consumers. With its clean interface, wisely used color scheme, and the clever placement of information, it has made navigation for customers much easier. Warid’s web portal is divided into Non-Member and Member areas, and the Non-Member area is further divided into Home and Corporate. The “Corporate” section is about the company, team structure, jobs etc. The “Home” link houses an attractive main page which has links leading to areas outlining Warid’s coverage, customer service facilities, new products, prepaid and postpaid package details and its International Roaming destinations and rates.
The main page has a Quick Links area which facilitates all those customers who are looking for some of the most frequently visited and important links. Warid Telecom customers can learn about product offerings, pay their bills electronically through credit card, use web-toÂSMS service and use other services offered by Warid Telecom.
