Union hails Dawn launch from Islamabad
KARACHI- The Pakistan Herald Workers Union has hailed the launch of Dawn from the federal capital.
A meeting of the union’s managing committee, held under the chairmanship of its president, Khurshid Tanweer, congratulated the newspaper management for launching the Quaid’s newspaper from Islamabad.
In a resolution, it said it was imperative for the management to appreciate the role of the journalists and workers, who helped in realizing this dream.
It also said that the union wished the newspaper to continue to progress and prosper, and hoped Dawn would be published from some other cities in the country and abroad as well.
