Pakistan Press Foundation

Unfortunately, in our country there is no rule of law. The media is also playing an irresponsible role during this tough time. We often see one channel attacking another. Why we are silently tolerating this? TV channels are starting to look like wings of specific political parties. Our ancestors gave sacrifices for a cause. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah wanted to make Pakistan a role model for all Muslim states. It is shameful for all of us that we are not following in the footsteps of our leader. All the political parties issue statements that they will change the destiny of Pakistan. Transparent media is necessary for a democratic country. My humble request to all media groups is that please don’t think just about your interest; think about Pakistan.
