Top model Nadia attends Geo TV’s ‘Pehchan Ramazan’
KARACHI: Participation of guests representing a cross section of people in large number still continues in the “Shehr-e-Ramazan” settled in the special direct broadcast of Geo TV “Pehchan Ramazan”.
The highlight of the programme is the invitation by the host and world renowned broadcaster Dr Aamir Liaqat Hussain to people from different walks of life including popular persons with whom the public wants interaction and to know about their life.
On the 18th day a well known artist and top model Nadia Hussain participated in the popular Ramazan transmission along with her children. While talking to Dr Aamir she disclosed that balanced food and exercise was the key to her beauty but said it was difficult to keep one self fit with the passage of age. However with proper precautionary measure it was not difficult. She said it was very difficult to keep a balance between professional and domestic life. She was lucky to have a loving husband and in-laws.
Narrating some of the unforgettable moments of her life she said during difficulties one has to remember the Almighty God.The host expressed good wishes for Nadia Hussain and said her participation was a proof that those attached with show business had deep attachments with the religion. Nadia expressed keen interest in different programmes.
The audiences put searching questions about the life and show biz to Nadia. She responded to them. The mother of former test cricketer Waseem Akram specially came to Karachi from Lahore to become part of Shehr-e-Ramazan.
The process of assistance to the deserving by the philanthropists also continued in the programme. In this connection Rukhsana, the girl of poor fisherman Yousuf who is suffering from a skin disease, and a laborer Sagheer Ahmad, and a poor lady Shehnaz Bibi attended the programme.
A number of persons from home and abroad announced to bear the treatment expenditure of Rukhsana. The host appreciated the love and affection with which the elderly couple of Sagheer and his wife were passing their life. He announced special gifts for them and cleared rents of their house which was due for many months. On the appeal of Shehnaz Bibi he announced on behalf of Mahmooda Sultana Foundation jahez for the marriage of her daughter. He announced to bear all expenses with regard to feast and other expenses also.
