Sukkur journalists protest against PPP MPA
SUKKUR: Local journalists protested against a PPP MPA over manhandling of media persons. Journalists in front of the DIG of office set on fire effigy of PPP MPA Syed Javed Ali Shah who along with his men had beaten up some media persons and snatched their cameras a few days back.
Journalists of Sukkur led by president Press Club Sukkur Lala Asad Pathan marched towards the DIG office and registered their protest against the manhandling of journalists. They demanded registration of an FIR against the accused and recovery of the snatched mobile phones and cameras of journalists.
