The serial had been aired on PTV Home and Hum TV and its curtain raisers held in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad in Pakistan and Washington D.C. in USA It is pertinent to mention here that the unique story of Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin was epic journey in the lives of our security forces which despite all odds stood by its conviction and training, showed firm resolve to weed out terrorism and rendered invaluable sacrifices in the line of duty. Nothing like this has ever been attempted in terms of content, depth, style and sheer scale on what a deeply resonating yet sensitive subject was dramatized.

A stunning achievement of the serial is that all those who were associated with the project talked of the serial eloquently, almost in superlative degree and took pride for being the part of the project. Even the seasoned and well experienced cast was amazed at the spadework done before the camera started rolling by executive producer Khawar Azhar who visualized everything beforehand in so thorough a manner that almost everything fitted well in his scheme of things.

The music and title track of the play is simply marvelous. The title track,Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin sung by Rahat Fateh Ali has smashed all previous records of popularity.
