Services of station director Radio Pakistan lauded
HYDERABAD (May 04 2008): Station Director Radio Pakistan Hyderabad Anees-ur-Rehman has urged all radio senior officers, that they should encourage talented artists. This he said while addressing farewell ceremony held in honour of him on Friday night organised by News Forum Radio Pakistan Hyderabad.
He said radio Pakistan Hyderabad has a history, from where country renowned artists like singers, writers were born, including Muhammad Ali (late), Saqi, Mustafa Qureshi, Rubina Qureshi, Mehtab Akbar Rashdi, Shafiq Paracha, Abdul Subhan Ali Memon, and Ali Mirza.
He said Radio Pakistan Hyderabad have an asset of good voices, On this occasion news editor Radio Pakistan Tariq Baloch has said News forum motivated the capabilities of news artists.
He appreciated the services of Anees-ur-Rehman and said that he encouraged all talented artists and started various sections for encouraging the artists. Programme manager Gul Hussain Qureshi, Former station director Sikandar Baloch, Jawed Ali, Imdad Ali Keryo, Dr Sajida Siddiqui, Ms Shahida, Shamsun Nisa, Amjad and news forum other officers attended the event.
