Regional Press Convention of APNS in Lahore on 30th
KARACHI: Sarmad Ali, Secretary General, All Pakistan Newspapers Society, has announced that the APNS is holding its Regional Press Convention in Lahore on April 30, 2011.
Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani will inaugurate the 1st session of the Convention whereas the 2nd session will be graced by Federal Minister for Information Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan as chief guest. The APNS members from regional centres across the country will attend the convention in large number and discuss the problems faced by the regional press of all the provinces. The APNS has requested the ministers/secretaries of information from all the provinces to attend the convention and respond to the problems voiced by the representatives of the regional press at the convention.
