PTCL plans to extend VMS to entire customer base

ISLAMABAD (APP): PTCL has received an overwhelming response of its recently launched Voice Messaging Service (VMS) and it plans to extend this facility to entire customer base.

The VMS ensures the subscribers to receive messages when they are not available. Now subscribers of PTCL do not need to worry about missing important calls anymore as they are connected all the time through cutting edge technologies and solutions of Voice Message Service.

According to PTCL here Saturday, Voice Message is a very important service that is offered by most of the mobile and fixed line operators across the world. It allows the customers the flexibility to forward their un­answered calls to a mailbox, where the callers can always drop a message and customer can access their voice mailbox 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Contrary to rumors about exorbitant charges, the VMS mailbox is maintained on the PTCL network free of charge to the customers. Moreover, as it is maintained by PTCL, customers do not have to worry about maintenance issues that people face if they use an answering machine at home. VMS allows customers peace of mind and flexibility as they can retrieve their messages where and when they choose.

Moreover, as the time and date of each message is recorded customers are able to respond in a timely manner.
