Bajwa said customer-friendlyculture should adept to compete the challenges as many new telecom players were pouring in the ,telecom market after the Telecom policy.
He emphasised the need that PTCL network should be in order as it was essential to achieve the revenue target. development programme and bad debt recovery. Chairman directed to investigate the cause of delay in rectification of faulty telephones and further expedite the process of telephone restoration and campaign of recovery from defaulters.
