Pride of Performance for Geo artist
LAHORE: In recognition of his unparalleled talent as a creative manager and performance artist, the government of Pakistan has awarded Ameer Ali, the Khabarnak star, the “Pride of Performance” award.Ameer Ali, who is an IT graduate, started his career as creative manager at Geo News and created over 100 political cartoons. He started his on-air career as the main attraction of the “Awein Show” which gained popularity among a large audience because of its unique style of presentation. He has over 200 performances as various political and mainstream celebrities from various walks of life. He did not only perform at Geo News but has a number of performances on Geo Tez, Geo Super and Aag Television as well. He will formally be decorated with the Pride of Performance Award on March 23, 2015.
