PPF Seminar on obesity
KARACHI – Pakistan Press Foundation (PPF) is holding a seminar on “Fight obesity – prevent diabetes” tomorrow (Thursday; November 11, 2004) at its Vicky Zeitlin Media Library ay 11:30 am. It is being held in connection with the WHO – supported World Diabetes Day fall on November 14 every year, the theme of which for 2004, is “Fight obesity – prevent diabetes.”
WHO Operation Officer for Sindh Dr. G. N. Kazi, Prof. of Medicine Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre Dr. Sohail Marfani, Research and Associate Aga Khan Hospital Ms. Ayesha Khan and Associate Editor Diabetes Digest Dr. Wakeel Abidi will deliver their presentation in the topic.
