Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) message service gets good response
ISLAMABAD- The newly introduced PTCL message service has received good response from subscribers and the service is being regarded as marvellous and addition to a series of value added services introduced by the company. This was stated by a PTCL spokesman at a press briefing held in the light of feedback from the subscribers.
The spokesman further elaborated some of the features of the service with particular reference to tariff. He said the mailbox subscriber is informed three times every 30 minutes to notify him of received message while busy on the line or away from phone. The subscriber of the PTCL mailbox, as they will not be having phone connection, would be required to pay Rs. 1,000 as security and six month service charge amounting to Rs. 300 in advance in addition to normal one time installation charges of Rs. 250.
