Man kills wife over Karo-Kari
SUKKUR: A woman was killed by her husband over Karo-Kari in Abad Lakha village in the Abad police limits here at midnight on Saturday.
Azam Lakho with the help of his friends allegedly shot his wife Feroza, 27, dead and fled. Police shifted the body to the Civil Hospital for a post-mortem. Ghulam Mustafa Lakho, brother of deceased woman, told the police that his brother-in-law and his accomplices were involved in the murder. The police arrested Lakho. Separately, a man was shot dead in Nawab Mahar village in the Lakhidar police limits, Shikarpur, early on Sunday morning. Jamaldin was standing outside his house when some unknown men shot him dead and fled.
