Man kills sister, two nieces for ‘honour’
KASUR: A man allegedly shot dead his sister and two nieces in the name of ‘honour’ here on Saturday at Kot Radha Kishan’s Chak 57 in the limits of Raiwind police station.
Reports said Aslam suspected that his sister, Kausar Bibi, a mother of two, his niece Nasreen (the daughter of his brother Arshad) and another niece, Shamila Yousaf (the daughter of his sister), had loose morals.
Some days back, a friend of Aslam taunted him at the village fair that his two nieces had relations. On Friday night, Aslam saw a youth of the village with his sister, Kausar. This led to an exchange of arguments. Later, Aslam opened fire, leaving the three dead on the spot and courted arrest.
The police have registered a case No 512/2010.
