Local Journalist Receives Threats from ASI in Jacobabad: Sindh

A local journalist Abdul Razak Kharal received threats from a member of ASI Israr Khusoo in the city of Jacobabad in Sindh province. Abdul Razak wrote an article, which irritated Israr Khusoo, who later warned Razak not to publish the story.

Abdul Razak wrote a story about Israr‘s brother had a love marriage which Israr did not want to be published and threatened Razak. Local journalist bodies held protest against the threats and have given the local police to take action against the threats. They have been so far 8 demonstrations from District Union of Journalist Press Club Jacobabad.

Mr. Thazeeb-ul-Islam Razvi Syed Abbas Bukari member of the Jacobabad Press Club along with DPO Jacobabad Din Muhammad Baloch have demanded that FIR should be lodged against Israr Khusoo and he should be arrested.
