LHC orders protection of rape victim
LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry on Thursday ordered the Nankana Sahib district police officer (DPO) to give protection to a rape victim student Saba and her family members in Shahkot.
The chief justice issued the direction after the victim along with her family called on the judge in his chamber and complained that the accused party was pressurizing them to reconcile with them.
