KU verifies degrees of 103 politicians
Karachi: The University of Karachi (KU) committee tasked with checking degrees’ of politicians has confirmed to Higher Education Commission that 103 out of 106 degrees sent to it for verification were found to be genuine while three degrees were being scrutinized and the decision about their authenticity was yet to be taken.
Meanwhile, the Registrar of the KU has announced that the new semester will commence from July 16 instead of July 14. Meanwhile, the University of Karachi and Unikarians International (KU alumni) are jointly organising a ceremony on July 17 at 10 am at the Arts auditorium to acknowledge the efforts of publishing complete volumes by the Urdu Dictionary Board.
