Khairpur police arrest journalist’s killers
SUKKUR: The Khaipur police claimed they arrested on Wednesday the culprits who had murdered a local journalist 20 days ago.A journalist of Khairpur Nasir Aftab along with ASP City Masood Bangash, addressed a press conference here. He said journalist Jeewan Arain was shot dead by motorcyclists 20 days earlier in the limits of Gambat town. ASP Masood Bangash and his team managed to arrest Abdul Ghafoor Ujjan, who confessed his crime during investigation. The culprit told police that his accomplice was Mian Farman Ujjan. The police recovered a TT pistol and magazine used in the crime. Special police team was also conducting raids to also arrest Mian Ali Dino Ujjan.
