Karachi Union of Journalists (KUJ), All Pakistan Newspapers Employees Confederation (APNEC) agree to observe protest
KARACHI- A joint meeting of the Karachi Union of journalists (KUJ) and the All Pakistan Newspapers Employees Confederation (Apnec) held on Thursday at the Karachi Press Club resolved to visit newspaper offices on April 27 in connection with protest day on undue delay in constituting the Seventh Wage Board.
The meeting endorsed the earlier decision of the joint meeting of the Pakistan Federal Union of journalists (PFUJ) and Apnec held in Islamabad to observe April 27 as Protest Day over the uncalled-for delay in constituting Seventh Wage Board. The KUJ and the Apnec office-bearers would brief newsmen on the issue and mobilize them to participate in the protest day programme.
