Jummah Kareem, special transmission of Geo TV today
KARACHI: Friday is the best day of the week. It is the mother of all days and the most virtuous in the sight of Allah. In the sight of Allah it has more greatness than Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha.
There is no day more virtuous than Friday. There is such an hour in this day that no Muslim will make dua in it except that his dua will be accepted. To attain more virtues and blessings of Friday Geotainment is going to present the special programme “Jummah Kareem” every Friday at 11:00am.
To respect the time of Jummah prayer, Dr Aamir will present the special two hours programme on every Friday. The programme will be divided into three different segments. The programme will begin with the recitation of verses of the Holy Quran followed by translation and discussion on the verses. Afterwards Dr Aamir will take the viewers down to the history lane and present some significant incident from Islamic history.
He will highlight the impact and effect of the incident. He can also discuss some Ahadees to disseminate the knowledge to his viewers. To have discussion on it, some renowned religious scholar, male or female, will be invited as well. In the last segment, well known Naat Khawans will take part to make the programme more enriching. The programme will end on the Dua by Dr Aamir.
