Journalists protest police torture
PAKPATTAN: Local journalistsÂ’ community set up a protest camp against the police torture and demanded a stern action against the officials concerned here.
As per detail, journalists of Pakpattan set up protest camp here at Nagina Chowk against police torture on media men.
They demanded the Punjab Chief Minister to take action against Inspector Shafqat kamboh, SI Ghulam Farid and Constable Asghar for beating journalists during the Urs celebrations of Hazrat Baba Fareed Ganj-e-Shakar (RA).
