Journalists protest
ATTOCK- The local journalist community has protested against an assassination attempt on a Kaller Syedan based-journalist, Akramul Haq Qureshi, allegedly by drug mafia.
The central union of journalists (CUJ), Attock, in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Qazi Shoaib Khan, condemned the incident and attributed it to the negligence of law enforcement agencies.
The CUJ office bearers unanimously demanded of the government to ensure protection of journalist community.
