Journalists colony to be set up in Rahimyar Khan
RAHIM YAR KHAN (May 02 2008): The Chief Minister of Punjab, Dost Mohammad Khosa has said that a colony for journalists will be established soon in Rahim Yar Khan. He expressed his views, while talking to media personnel in a welcome dinner at Jaffar Abad some five kilometres from here.
He, further, said that PML-N believes in media freedom and all journalists of Rahim Yar Khan will be properly accommodated as well. Moreover, he that PML-N has strong influence in the area and Nawaz Sharif is deemed an ideal politician for the people.
Joint Secretary of Punjab, Women Wing, Zaib Jaffar said that PML-N would leave the government if the restoration of judges are not implemented as per Maree accord. Furthermore, she said that a grand developmental package will be announced soon for the relief of people in the area.
