Journalist Yousuf Raza passes away
KARACHI- Syed Yousuf Raza, a veteran journalist, died after a protected illness. Late Raza born in 1920 started his journalistic career in 1939 from Calcutta (Kolkatta).
He migrated to Pakistan in September 1947 and worked for Time of Karachi, edited the Textile Journal and also produced a monthly art paper entitled Artistic Pakistan for two years.
He had written in depth articles on economic and political subjects. Late Yousuf Raza was the father of artist Nahid Raza and brother of Ali Imam.
