JD to launch campaign against caricatures
LAHORE (PPI): “The Jamat-ulDawa (JD) Pakistan in order to systemize the protest against reprinting of derogatory caricatures by Danish and other European countries’ newspapers has announced to gear up campaign for contacting the religious and political parties under which meetings, processions and seminars would be held all over the country.
The new government would be stressed to take daring step on the issue of blasphemous sketches.”
As per details, the JD which had founded “Tehrik Hurmat-e-Rasool” two years back following the publication of sacrilegious caricatures against Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) by the newspapers of Norway and Denmark, which had resulted into strong protest not only in Pakistan but also all over the world and countries like Denmark had to publish advertisements seeking apology through Saudia newspapres.
