Indian journalist for more visa relaxation

BUREWALA: People from Pakistan and Indian Punjab have social, cultural and linguistic relationships and our religious and spiritual leaders have taught us a lesson of love and peace, said Ludhiana Photo journalists Association Chairman Sardar Harinder Singh Kaka.

Speaking at Meet the Press Programme here on Sunday, Harinder Singh Kaka said, “Friendship train and bus service between Pakistan and India will become more successful, if their governments relax visa rules and conditions. Indian Sikhs are thankful to the Pakistani government for maintaining and renovating their holy places”. He stressed Pakistan and India to improve political and economic ties and urged Pakistan to issue more and more visas to Indian pilgrims.

He said Indian former prime minister Inder Kumar Gujjral, journalist Kuldeep Nayyer and Indian former minister Sardar Harnek Singh played an important role in normalising relations between Pakistan and India. He appreciated Aman Ki Asha and termed it helpful for bringing peace between the two countries.
