Hunt for man who killed his sister

PESHAWAR, May 13 2006: Police have mounted a search for a man charged with killing his 40-year-old sister because she had married some 20 years ago a man rejected by her family. On May 10, accused Sahib Jan allegedly entered Shamim’s home in Momin Town, shot her dead and then escaped.

The Chamkani police station registered an FIR under section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code. The deceased was the mother of four children.
