Governor assures Arif of newsman killer’s arrest
KARACHI- Sindh Governor Muhammad Mian Soomro has assured that the government is making all-out efforts to bring the killers of Larkana journalist Massodul Haq, to book.
The Governor in a letter addressed to president of the Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE), Arif Nizami, said “I share your concern over the murder of senior journalist of Larkana late Masoodul Haq. Acknowledging Arif Nizami’s letter, the Governor wrote, “I may assure you that the government is making all-out efforts to bring the culprits to book immediately and is providing security and protection to all citizens. “Necessary instructions have already been issued to IGP Sindh and Commissioner Larkana division in this behalf,” the Governor in his letter added.
