Geo’s Shab-e-Barat transmission breaks record of popularity
KARACHI: On the occasion of shab-e-Barat, one of the great and different transmissions of Geo TV, “Laila tul Mubarka” has broken all the records of popularity in TV channels history.
According to impartial rating organisation, between fourteen and fifteen Shaban’s night from 9pm to 3am Geo outclassed all the channels. This great transmission organised by Geo’s Vice President Amir Liaquat Hussain had left all the channels behind in popularity. Some media agencies claimed with proof that on Shab-e-Barat night no other channel was watched except Geo as the rating of other channels remained very low. The unique style of Dr. Amir liaquat Hussain made the real difference.
The enthralling recitation of Na’at by Dr Amir Liaquat Hussain attracted thousands of viewers and they kept on sticking to their television screen.
