Geo Films ‘Tarang House Full Show’ enthrals audience
KARACHI: Magnificent performances of film, television and stage stars enthralled the audience and viewers in the colourful ceremony ‘Tarang House Full’ in Karachi. This was a joint production of Geo Films and Tarang which was attended by hundreds of people besides several Pakistani superstars whose presence made the event very interesting and attractive. Ultimately, the decision of awards was announced in 16 different categories amid melodious songs and wonderful music.
The talent of stars and abilities of technicians and others were eulogised by the audience and viewers for the remaking of evergreen Pakistani films Arman, Anjuman, Dewar Bhabi, Aina, Abhi Tu Main Jawan Hoon, and Dil Mera Dharkhan Teri. The people enjoyed the event for its melodious songs, light music, beautiful poetry and the wonderful setting of the stage.
Renowned stars Bushra Ansari and Faisal Qureshi performed the task of hosts in this joyful ceremony which was also attended by the superstars of the film industry. The audience and viewers witnessed their live performance which won their hearts. Popular film and TV artists industry including Babra Sharif, Shahid, Mustafa Qureshi, Nadeem, Ghulam Mohiudddin, Moammar Rana, Rambo, Sahiba, Laila, Noor, Sana, Arbaz Khan, Khushboo, Sangeeta, Sara Loren, Faisal Qureshi, Amna Sheikh, Meekal Zulfiqar, Sami Khan, Mohib Mirza, Saba Hameed, Umar Sharif, Mateera, Nadia Hussain, Asif Raza Mir, Arshad Mehmood, Asim Raza, Sarmad Sultan Khosat, Firdous Alam, Ali Safeena, Shehzad Nawaz, Ismail Jilani, Danish Nawaz, Shabbir Jan, Wasay Chaudhry, Alamgir, Hassan Zia, Abdullah Kadwani, Freeha Altaf, Iffat Umar, Nadeem Baig, Lubna Aslam, Sabiha Somar, Irfan Khosat, Nawab Hassan Siddiqui, Momal, Hina, Amjad Rana, Tippu, Sania Saeed and other stars were among those present.
Some of the stars performed songs from old Pakistani classic films. Umar Sharif was the focal point who enthralled the audience with his witty remarks. He presented the dismal condition of the Pakistani film industry in a humorous manner. The audience also praised the Punjabi item of telefilms of Tarang House Full.
The artists appreciated Geo and Tarang for the revival of six Pakistani films and said that these refreshed the memories of the past.In the ceremony CEO of Engro Foods Afnan Hassan termed Geo the best partner.
