Fleecing cellular network
IT is sad to see a well-established local cellular network fleecing its customers. It has been recently announced by the service provider that from July 15 helpline number 333 would be charged and if an operator-assisted call is required, then the customer has to pay even more.
This is not the first time that this cellular network has adopted such a policy. Sometimes ago, it announced it would charge the balance inquiry. These calls should be free as it is meant to facilitate customers and it helps resolve issues.
Instead of offering cheap SMS packages that is spoiling our young generation, the cellular network should take the initiative and raise the text messages charges and make balance inquiry and helpline calls free of charge.
