Five kidnap, rape girl
HAFIZABAD, May 14 2006: Five people, including two nephews of a DSP, allegedly raped the daughter of a labourer at the Thattha Kalian village after kidnapping her. The police have registered a case against the accused and one accused has been arrested while raids are being conducted to arrest the rest.
Fourteen-year-old Faryal, daughter of Bashir Ahmed, was going to a mosque when the nephews of DSP Munawwar Bhatti along with three others allegedly kidnapped the girl and raped her. The police have registered the case against Abubakar, Azeem, Hassan Ali, Muhammad Aslam and Soni. The area residents condemned the incident and demanded the high-ups take action against the accused.
