Extradition of Hamesh Khan: US Court accepts request of NAB
ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has received information from Department of Justice of the USA stating that the US District Court of Virginia has accepted the extradition request by NAB, rejecting the plea of the accused Hamesh Khan, spokesman of NAB said here Tuesday.
The Court has issued the order of extradition for the Hamesh Khan on March 15.
The matter is being submitted to Deputy Secretary of State for issuance of the surrender orders of Hamesh Khan. NAB is constituting a team to escort Hamesh Khan from US, once the State Department issues the surrender orders, the spokesman said.
