Case against 3 for spoiling blood over Honour
MIANWALI, March 6,2005: Police on Sunday registered a case against three Who had shot dead the other day a youth for abducting a girl .The youth was already absolved of the charge by a court when the girl gave a statement in his favour.
According to Police, Riffat lqbal of Katcha Teri Khel took and they a girl of the same locality and they solemmized nikah. The girl’s father, Shah Wali Khan, got a case registered with Mochh police against Riftit after which the couple was arrested.
Additional District and Sessions judge Muhammad Nawaz Samita after seeing the nikahnama and hearing the girl’s statement, released them and asked the SHO to quash the FIR.
As Riffat was set free from the Central jail on Saturday evening, the girl’s, brother and his accomplices chased and stopped him at Canal Colony where they killed him.City police have registered a case against Karee Nawaz, the girl’s brother, and his accomplices MuhammaG’ Nawaz and Fida Khan.
